Clarisys Client Services

We offer a complete range of services designed to ensure that you are up and running as fast as possible and that you are using your Clarisys accounting system confidently and efficiently.

Technical Support

Your will receive 30 days of free technical support starting with your first call / fax / e-mail to the technical support centre. The support team is available to answer any questions you may have regarding the setting up of your software or about the many advanced features it contains.

After the 30-day free support period expires we offer two technical support options. The first is a pre-paid subscription service and the second option is a pay as you go service.

Pre-paid subscription

The pre-paid annual subscription includes the following:

  • Any un-used portion of the 30 day free period is added to the initial period.
  • An unlimited number of telephone calls, e-mails or faxes to the support centre.
  • A 10% discount on the purchase of any other Clarisys product or service.
  • You will also be on a priority list to receive information regarding new versions, product enhancements, etc.

Service contracts range in price from $200.00 - $1,000.00 per year depending on the product you are using and whether it is a single-user or network version.

Pay as you go

The pay as you go service is simple to use. Whenever you need to contact the technical support team you will be charged on a per call basis. The fee for using this service is $50.00, plus taxes, per call. The fee will be charged directly to your Visa or American Express card.

Regardless of which option you choose you will always have access to the latest maintenance upgrades through our on-line support centre.
