We offer a complete range of services designed to ensure that you are up and running as fast as possible and that you are using your Clarisys accounting system confidently and efficiently.
Depending on the product you have purchased you will receive 30 days to 6 months of free technical support starting from the date of purchase. The support team is available to answer any questions you may have regarding the set up or day to day use of your software.
After the initial free support period expires we offer two technical support options. The first is a pre-paid subscription service and the second option is a pay as you go service.
Pre-paid subscription
The pre-paid annual subscription includes the following:
- Any un-used portion of the initial 30 day or 6 month free period is added to the initial period.
- An unlimited number of telephone calls, e-mails or faxes to the support centre.
- A 10% discount on the purchase of any other Clarisys product or service.
- You will also be on a priority list to receive information regarding new versions, product enhancements, etc.
Service contracts range in price from $200.00 - $1,000.00 per year depending on the product and add-ons you are using and whether it is a single-user or network version.
Pay as you go
The pay as you go service is simple to use. Whenever you need to contact the technical support team you will be charged on a per call basis. The fee for using this service is $50.00, plus taxes, per call. The fee will be charged directly to your Visa or American Express card.
Regardless of which option you choose you will always have access to the latest maintenance upgrades through the automatic update feature that is built into each product.
