Yes, it does, but you must first follow the setup steps listed below.
After installing 3S Accounting you will need to open the Program Compatibility Wizard.
To do so click on the Start button in the lower left corner of your Windows desktop.
Then click on Computer.
Then double click on Drive C.
Then double click on Program Files. In Program Files you will need to double click on the Clarisys folder. In the Clarisys folder you should see a 3S folder, double click on the 3S folder. Double click on the bin folder and you will finally get to the files that you need.
In the bin folder, scroll down until you find the file called "3SAccounting", right click on that file and go to Properties.
In Properties select the Compatibility tab and check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for :" Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2) and then check the bottom option "Run this program as administrator "
As a final step click on Apply then OK.
3SAccounting will now function with Windows Vista.
